Pictured below is the automatic line for the production of blood bags.
The machine has reels-holders for film-coils, an unwinding unit and a
high frequency welder for films incision with an output power of 8kW
and a working frequency of 27,12Mhz.
The machine also has a cutting unit for the upper side of the bags,
films index by multiple clamps and a selection and loading unit for tubes
composed of:
Turntable with 4 working positions 3 off selecting and introduction of the
tubes into the needles.
The high frequency welder for the tubes welding has an output power
of 12kW and a working frequency of 27,12 Mhz.
