The hydraulically operated machine has an open C press frame,1 off welding press for LHD heel-mat and foot-rest and a 1 off welding pres for an RHD heel-mat. It also has a turnatable with two working positions, a high frequency generator with resonant cavity and working frequency of 27,12MHz+0,6%, a control panel with PLC and a conditioning device for moulds.

The (adjustable) max closing force is 5000kg, working station dimensions of 2200 times 1850mm, and max carpet height dimensions of 450mm. The generator has an output power of 20kW and the feeding voltage is 400v3 phases 50Hz + earth.
