We supply GEAF manufactured high frequency welding machines for the
production of door panels, cover luggage curtains and loading floors.
 
The hydraulically operated machine has a 4 columns press frame, 2 automatic
overposed or off side trays, a high frequency generator with resonant
cavity and working frequency of 27,12MHz+0,6%, and a control panel with
PLC.
The (adjustable) max closing force is 8000kg, working platen dimensions
are 1100 times 1600mm and 1300 times 1900mm. The generator has an output
power of 30kW, (45 - 60kW on request), and the feeding voltage is 420v3
phases 50Hz + earth.
