Pictured below are several turntable welding machines for the production of
urine and drainage bags, incorporating a pneumatically operated high
frequency welder with an output power of 8-15kW, a working frequency of
27,12Mhz, and a rotary table with 4-6 working positions, dimension 700
x 800mm
The machines also incorporates automatic feeders for lower and upper
film from coil,(even preprinted.) and a control panel with PLC.
The picture below shows some finished products made of 2 off calendered
PVC film The machines can produce up to 1500 bags per hour.
