The first picture below shows the high frequency automatic welding in-line machine for the peripheric welding of bags for plasma & parenteral feeding. The second picture shows the bags produced by this machine - from 1000 cc to 3000 cc, 2 off EVA films or 1 off extruded tubular EVA film at 1000 bags per hour.

The machine has a pneumatically operated high frequency welder with an output power of 12kW and a working frequency of 27,12Mhz, two positions reels-holder for film coils and a hot printing unit. The cutting and punching unit has self-adjustable positioning.

The machine also has an index unit, a control panel with PLC and a quality control system for the produced bags with a printing unit for the welded parameters.
