Blood Bag Production Line

Pictured below is the automatic line for the production of blood bags. The machine has reels-holders for film-coils, an unwinding unit and a high frequency welder for films incision with an output power of 8kW and a working frequency of 27,12Mhz. The machine also has a cutting unit for the upper side of the bags, films index by multiple clamps and a selection and loading unit for tubes composed of: Turntable with 4 working positions 3 off selecting and introduction of the tubes into the needles. The high frequency welder for the tubes welding has an output power of 12kW and a working frequency of 27,12 Mhz.

Colostomy Bag Production Line

We supply a range of high frequency welding plant for the production of colostomy bags from GEAF. The automatic line produces various types of colostomy products automatically.  All of the parts are automatically fed into the machine which reduces the amount of labour.  Typically there is one machine operator to fill the hoppers of the automated feeding units and replace the rolls. and one or two operators to pick the products from the line. The machine operation is based on state-of-the-art technology. The machines are built to the very highest standards and can be supplied in 10-12 months from order.  There are machines of this type in the UK. Urine & Drainage

Pictured below is the turntable welding plant for the production of urine and drainage bags, incorporating a pneumatically operated high frequency welder with an output power of 15kW, a working frequency of 27,12Mhz, and a rotary table with 6 working positions, dimension 700 x 800mm The plant also incorporates an automatic feeder for lower and upper film from coil,(even preprinted.) and a control panel with PLC. The second picture shows some finished products made of 2 off calendered PVC film The machine can produce 900 bags per hour, (2000 cc bags).

Medical Mattresses

We supply a range of high frequency welding plant for the production of medical mattresses and lifejackets from GEAF. Choose from our automatic lines for the production of medical mattresses and lifejackets.  The lines can have a table size of up to 3500 mm x 1500 mm, with generators up to 60kw  The machine operation is based on step by step technology, (research and developed by GEAF and R.H.P.T.)  Basically large items such as mattresses can be welded using a smaller welding head and welding the product over a series of steps ranging from 1 - 12. EVA Film Bags

The first picture below shows the high frequency automatic welding in-line machine for the peripheric welding of bags for plasma & parenteral feeding. The second picture shows the bags produced by this machine - from 1000 cc to 3000 cc, 2 off EVA films or 1 off extruded tubular EVA film at 1000 bags per hour. The machine has a pneumatically operated high frequency welder with an output power of 12kW and a working frequency of 27,12Mhz, two positions reels-holder for film coils and a hot printing unit. The cutting and punching unit has self-adjustable positioning. The machine also has an index unit, a control panel with PLC and a quality control system for the produced bags with a printing unit for the welded parameters.

Welding Tubes for Bags

Pictured below is the turntable high frequency welder to weld tubes to the bags. The machine has an output power of 68kW, a working frequency of 27,12Mhz. The pneumatically operated machine also has a punching unit, automatic arranging unloader, control panel with PLC and quality control system of the produced bags with printing unit of the weld parameters. The bags produced are from 1000cc to 3000cc, with 1,2 or 3 tubes per bag at 1000 bags per hour (1000cc bags).

Solution Bags

Pictured below is the automatic in-line welding machine for the production of solution bags. This is the high frequency automatic in-line welding machine "Unisem" model. The machine pictured is pneumatically operated with a reels-holder films for tubular film coils, a hot or silk printing unit, insertion, cutting and unwinding unit for tubes, an output power of 15kW, working frequency of 27,12 Mhz. The second picture is of the final product - solution bags. The "Unisem" machine also has a holes punching unit to hang the bags, index unit, hot cutting unit to seperate the bags, control unit with PLC and quality control system of the produced bags with printing unit of the welding parameters.The machine produces bags from 250cc to 5000cc, 1,2 or 3 tubes per bag. The semi-finished material is extruded tubular PVC film and the machine can produce 900 bags per hour, (1000cc bags). www.geaf.it
