GMA-D Model Welding Machine

The turntable high frequency GMA-D model welding machine by GEAF,designed to give both high and low production costs has a pneumatic operated press (hydraulic on request).

   

  • Heated electrode holder platen by electric resistances and temperature control by a thermoregulator.
  • Turntable working by a mechanical cams acuator.
  • Adjustable rotating speed.
  • High frequency generator with resonant cavity.
  • Working frequency 27/12 MHz + -0.6%.
  • Antiflash device with SCR.
  • Control panel with PLC.
  • Console equipped with keyboard to introduce working parameters.
  • Welding programme for pet-Gfilm blister packing (on request).
  • Max production speed:5/7 cycles/ min depending on welding and rotating times.
  • Control panel set fro future installation up to 3 automatic loaders/ unloaders
  • Feeding voltage 400V, 3 phases, 50 Hz + ground.
  • Compressed air pressurs: 6 bar.
