MR BLISTER SEALS A DEAL

Continuing its investment in the latest thermoforming technology Manchester based Mister Blister has purchased a Hamer TVP64  from R. H. Plastics Technology of Bradford. Renowned worldwide for their innovative “Virtuweld” clam packs Mister Blister is looking to maintain its position as market leaders in food and non-food blister packaging for the retail sector and this latest acquisition represents a major  investment for the Company.

The deal was clinched by R. H. Plastics Technology against stiff competition from leading German manufacturers and the Yorkshire based company, which supplies machines by many leading European manufacturers, is now looking to finalise deals for further machines to UK customers in the next few months. To assist with these potential sales, R. H. Plastics Technology will be holding several Open Days over the next few months to demonstrate the Hamer FV35 Blister forming line at their Bradford factory.

HAMER MACHINERY SALE

We have sold another Hamer machine to the UK market.  The machine is a FV35 vacuum forming machine and was sold to a company in South Wales.  We faced stiff competition from several competitors but the machine flexibility in both production and tool changeovers and competitive price proved to be the successful factors in this sale.

HAMER MACHINERY SALE:

We have sold a Hamer inline blister packing machine to one of the major supply companies in the South of England.  The machine is capable of High Frequency and heat sealing Blister Pack items    in-line.  The line is designed to be flexible and can operated at speeds of up to 22 cycles per minute. The advantages of the line are:-

• Reduction of staff required when producing blister items

• No blisters to purchase and store as the machine forms the shape

• Automated placing of cards

• Machine is capable of welding a Double Clam Shell blister
