We have been involved with the testing of High Frequency Welding machinery for over 20 years. The test equipment we use is state-of-the-art Holaday Industries equipment, models HI-4433-MSE and HI-4433-HCH which measure both the Magnetic and Electrical fields.

As we are ISO 9001:2000 accredited, the probes we use are calibrated on a yearly basis, to ensure accurate readings. Calibration certificates.

We carry out RF emission checks on many of our customers machines to ensure that the emissions from the machinery do not pose a hazard to the operators and setters.

We supply a certificate of conformity/non-conformity with each RF test carried out. If the machine fails the RF emission test we will advise on rectification of the problem.
