He has continued to be an asset to the company and as a thank you for his service we have paid for a 2 weeks all inclusive holiday to Egypt for both Paul and his fiancée

All of our staff have worked for R.H.P.T.  for many years and I personally but great emphasis on loyalty and team effort

Well done Paul,

CUSTOMERS SATISFIED WITH R.H.P.T. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE:

We have tried very hard to offer a complete cost effective package to our customers, both large and small.  We think that it is vitally important to not only keep your existing companies but to also to expand our company base through word of mouth accreditations.

It is nice to hear from several of our customers that we are not only achieving, but also surpassing  their high expectations.

Keith Eyre, from Speed Plastics writes a letter regarding the recent floods at their factory in Chesterfield:-

Speed Plastics are a highly regarded converter of PVC and polyurethane substrates, using high frequency welding equipment to produce a wide range of products for customers, both in the U.K and overseas. As a supplier to Speed Plastics, RH Plastics Technology have consistently provided a reliable/quality service.

This level of quality and reliability was very much in evidence when, following flooding at our premises on the evening of 25th June 2007, we needed an urgent response, to check and repair our machinery, to enable us to get back into production as soon as possible.

Speed Plastics contacted Robert Haxby Chief Executive of RH at 0715am on 26th June and were promised a ‘speedy’ response – which was duly received when two engineers arrived at our premises at noon.

Thanks to the efforts of the engineers over the ensuing days, we were able to have some of the machines back into production by 29th June, and had around 80% of our machine availability by Monday 2nd July.

This demonstrates the importance of having trusted supply partners, who deliver.

To quote from a recent Ronseal television advertisement ‘exactly what it says on the tin’
