We supply a range of automatic machinery for the stationery industry.
Pictured opposite is plant combining:
the 'Astra' automatic gluing in machine, which can be supplied with a glue
pump system for a thicker consistency of glue.Hot animal glue and cold vinyl
glue can be used with this machine.
the 'Rebord' automatic turning in machine, with a minimal turnover time. This
machine typically produces include pattern books, office files, covers, display
cards, diaries, albums and panels.
the 'Board Spotter' which feeds up pieces grooved in more parts. It is possible
to use the machine non-stop and utilise already covered board to fix the inside
sheet.
the automatic 'Stacker'. which places the finished board onto the pallet ensuring
quick and easy removal of the product.
Hektor, the first compact casemaker manufactured by Rebord, can produce
covers for files and similar products in a sole passage. Maximum format
70 x 50 cm, coupling the inside/ outside sheet up to 20 pieces per minute.
Handling time is eliminated and the product is not bended during production.
Hektor is the only machine in it's field. Once again the very simple
and functional technology implemented by Rebord offer an alternative
to traditional and costly machines, with low change over format and quick
set up.
Hektor comes in the following versions:
Version 1: - complete casemaker such as inside/ outside in a sole passage.
Version 2: - casemaker only, able to execute in the first phase the placing
of the external sheet and then the internel. In this version, the machine can
also produce book covers with a heavy or light spine, fed from a bobbin.
Version 1: - coupling only, to pproduce lining works or coupled product. Hektor
can also be produced with 2 production capacities, up to 38 pieces per minute
or up to 50 pieces per minute.
Semi Automatic
Rebord's semi-automatic line allows the production of items such as
book cover, samples, calendars, displays, agendas, game boards and laminated
boards.
The machines are easy to use, with no changing over format and fast
cleaning.
Pictured below is the glueing in machine model Hydra 100. This machine
can work with hot or cold glue, (cold for inside sheet,). It is equipped
with a suction plane on both sides for exact paper positioning. Two operators
can work on the machine at the same time with different sized of material.
Materials used: common paper, plastic paper, buckram, cloth, paper coat.
Paper grammage: min: 80 gr/m squared, maximum size, 100 x 100 cm.

Pictured below is the turning in machine model Star 100. There is no
change over format for carboard thickness from 1.5 mm up to 3.5 mm. There
is turning in operation in 2 passages. It is not neccessary to place
the product in a particular position to get good results. It is possible
to execute calendering only.
