Pictured below is a high frequency welding machine for the production
of sunvisors, (pic right and far right).
The hydraulically operated machine has an open C press frame and high
frequency generator with resonant cavity and working frequency of 27,12MHz+0,6%
and a control panel with PLC.
The (adjustable) max closing force is 5000kg, moveable electrode-holder
platen dimensions are 500 times 650mm, (on request 500 times 1100mm),
with fixed working platen dimensions of 650 times 880mm, (on request
650 times 1320mm). The generator has an output power of 7,5kW and the
feeding voltage is 400v3 phases 50Hz + earth.
